We operate ethically and in compliance with regulations – we comply with national and international laws, regulations and accepted practices
We renounce all activities that enable corruption, bribery and money laundering

We always respect human rights and fundamental workers' rights: the principles of the UN Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work

Ecological responsibility

We comply with all environmental laws and regulations and monitor and implement any changes to them
We have up-to-date environmental permits and our operations are guided by the audited environmental system ISO 14001
Waste sorting and material recycling are a matter of course for us.
In accordance with our target program, we strive to reduce our CO2 emissions by 10% annually.
The halls are heated with renewable energy (district heating and geothermal heat) and only companies that supply CO2-free electricity are selected as electricity suppliers. We prefer material suppliers that use recycled steel.

Economic responsibility

The company's operations and decision-making are centrally guided by a 5-member board of directors
The board of directors draws up and updates the company's vision and strategies to achieve them
Board work is active and regular
Financial figures and accounting are constantly up-to-date
We renounce all corruption, bribery and money laundering. Our operations are guided by honesty and strong moral principles.
