We manufacture and assemble devices for both the paper and cardboard industries as well as process industries.
Our versatile manufacturing expertise covers a wide range of products from 10 grams up to 10 tons.
The main materials are steels, with special know how with stainless steel, also with aluminium, red metals and different kinds of plastics are also familiar to us.
Primary production
Our primary production covers the sawing of long preformed materials, sheet metal bevelling as well as water jet cutting of a wide range of sheet materials.

Welding
Behind the high quality welding work are our qualified class welders. Our wide expertise includes the welding of different steels and aluminium. With two long rotators we can handle up to 14 meters long pieces. Complicated lining pieces from acid proof steel is one of our strengths.

Machining
Thanks to our in house wide range of machines, we can manufacture all parts belonging to the device under the same roof. This brings production flexibility and the requirement for changes during manufacturing does not cause any problems.
Currently the max. x-milling movement is up to 15 meters.

Assembly and testing
As a manufacturer of an entire devices unit`s equipment, we test the functionality of the devices as far as possible before delivery to the customer. For example testing high pressure components are part of our daily operations.

Delivery
Our comprehensive delivery service includes export ready packing of the products, in addition to domestic deliveries and deliveries abroad. In our facilities container stuffing is also organised if required by the customer. As an additional service we can handle transportation arrangements right up to the final destination.
