Precision and quality – metalworking, CNC machining and welding services for industry

We serve you in all stages of the metal product's journey. You get services related to one whole from both of our halls, you don't have to choose one or the other.

Industrial metal products

We manufacture equipment packages for the needs of both the paper and cardboard industry and the process industry. Our versatile manufacturing expertise covers part sizes from 10 grams to 10 tons. The main materials are steels, with special expertise in stainless steels, but we are also familiar with aluminum, red metals and various plastics.

Welding and machining of large, precise, acid-resistant parts are our special expertise.

Primary production

Our initial production stages include sawing, waterjet cutting and edging services. These help us get even rush orders started quickly.

MIG, MAG and TIG welding – high-quality welding for industry

Our qualified welders are behind the high-quality welding work. Our multi-skilled skills include welding various steels and aluminum. Long rotators, floor-mounted rails and welding conveyors enable efficient and versatile welding work. One of our strengths is the lining service for large and complex pieces.

Machining

Thanks to our diverse machine base, we can manufacture all the parts that go into the equipment ourselves, under one roof. This brings flexibility to the production, and any changes that arise during production do not cause problems.

The maximum length of a part in core drilling is as much as 20 meters. Our machine base includes core drills, long milling machines, machining centers and lathes.

Pickling of large pieces

Pickling of acid-resistant and stainless steel parts effectively removes impurities and improves the material's corrosion resistance. This is of paramount importance in demanding industrial applications such as the process, marine, energy and power industries. The size of the tanks in our pickling plant is 15,000 x 2000 x 2000 mm. We spray pickling larger and lined parts in our 800 square meter modern pickling plant.

Assembly services

When efficient and versatile assembly is required, RTA-Metalli's facilities and expertise guarantee smooth implementation.

The assembly facilities' mounting rails and 40-ton lifting capacity enable versatile assembly of structures and assemblies, from individual components to complete systems. The hook height of our larger assembly facilities is 8 m, so even large assemblies will not cause problems. The total square footage of our assembly facilities is 1600.

The controlled assembly process and our experienced personnel ensure that each assembly meets the highest quality standards.

Testing

The assembly and careful testing of equipment units guarantee the functionality of the equipment as far as possible before delivery to the customer. For example, testing high-pressure components is part of the installers' everyday work. This way, we ensure that our assembly services meet all the quality requirements of the end customer. The equipment is always delivered to the customer as a functioning unit. This often requires the assemblers to also perform additional machining of small parts.

Precision measurements and quality control

Accurate and high-quality results require a reliable quality control process and measurement technology. We use 3D measuring devices, coordinate measuring machines and industrial measurement technology to ensure that each industrial component meets the required dimensional accuracy and quality standards. Precision measurements and quality control are an essential part of the manufacturing process in the metal industry.

Delivery

Our comprehensive industrial delivery service includes not only domestic deliveries but also export deliveries abroad. All items are carefully packaged according to export packaging standards. Our facilities enable container loading and transportation according to the customer's wishes. As an additional service, we can also handle logistics arrangements and ensure that industrial components arrive safely.
